No Financial Services or Custody

Tradezily is not a financial service in the sense of holding or managing money, executing trades, or administering investment accounts. We do not control user funds in any way:

No Execution of Trades: Tradezily’s software does not execute trades on your behalf. While the software may allow you to plan or simulate trades, any actual trade must be executed by you through your own separate brokerage or trading platform. Tradezily does not transmit buy/sell orders to any broker or exchange. If you suffer a loss or miss a trading opportunity due to any delay or failure in executing a trade (for example, if you took time to analyze on Tradezily and the market moved), that is outside the scope of our Service and is your responsibility.
No Investment Management: We do not manage any investment portfolios or accounts for users. We have no access to your brokerage accounts (unless you manually import some data for analysis, but even then, it’s read-only and under your control). We cannot initiate withdrawals or transfers of money for you. You retain full control of your financial accounts at all times.
Third-Party Accounts: If Tradezily in the future provides an option to connect third-party data (like linking an API to view your account balance or transactions within our interface), this will be solely for display or analytic purposes and not for trade execution. Trading and investing in financial markets carry significant risk. By using Tradezily, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and that you alone bear the consequences of your trading decisions. Some key risk considerations:

Beyond that, your trading P&L is entirely yours (positive or negative).

Trading success is not uniform, and many users may experience losses.
